  2. How do I get into my Tail?
    To put on the tail, roll down the sleeve to the base of the fin so that the foot strap is exposed. Remove the plastic foot inserts then put both feet into the fin and adjust the foot strap to your desired fit. Roll the sleeve back up your legs and off you go!

  4. Are Mermagica tails safe?
    Mermagica tails are completely safe when used correctly. We always recommend that children be supervised by adults when swimming and observe all pool rules.

  5. Tail Care
    To remove the tail sleeve, fold the fin and pull fabric over the fin. Hand wash in lukewarm water and drip dry. To avoid unnecessary wear and tear, always put on your tail while in water and never stand or jump on your tail outside of a swimming area. For maximum tail life, Mermagica recommends you sit on your tail to rest and avoid standing on your tail while in the pool.

  6. Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes! Mermagica proudly ships worldwide. Please note that your country may choose to process your package through their customs department and may levy additional taxes (VAT). Mermagica cannot control this process, but shipping with a method other than Ground (Parcel Post) reduces the chances of your package getting delayed in customs.

  7. How do I estimate shipping costs?
    Add items to your shopping cart, then click the button on the left labeled "Estimate Shipping".

  8. How long does it take to get my tail?
    Depending on your shipping method and the country where you live, you should receive your tail about 7 to 10 business days after we receive your order. International orders may take longer based on the various customs processes.

    Mermagica accepts PayPal and many major credit cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, Discover Card.

    Mermagica recommends cookies and javascript be enabled in your browser to provide the best online experience.

  11. How do I Sign Up?
    Click the "Sign Up" link on any page and follow the New Mermagican directions. Once you have a Mermagican Profile you will be able to buy products in our store.

  12. Why can't I Sign In to Mermagica?
    This sometimes happens if you've been away from your computer for more than 30 minutes and there is a conflict between an old server session and the cookies on your computer. Just delete your browsing history, close the browser, and try to Sign In again. You can also try using a different web browser like Google Chrome, FireFox, Safari, or Internet Explorer.

    ****PAYPAL EXPRESS CHECKOUT ACCOUNTS****
    If you are a new customer and use PayPal Express Checkout, an account is created automatically for you, and your password is emailed to you in a Welcome Email. You will need this password to Log In to Mermagica in the future to re-access your downloadable items or check on order status.

  13. What is the Tail Order Process?

    • Step 1
      Select your Mermagica tail style and fabric color from the store and place your order.

    • Step 2
      We create your custom mermaid tail according to your measurements.

    • Step 3
      Mermagica sends your new tail to the PayPal shipping address you provide.

    • Step 4
      You get your tail and swim with it, impressing all your friends and family!

  14. Why am I not getting emails from Mermagica?
    Sometimes your email provider will accidentally mark us as spam. The easiest way to fix this is by adding Mermagica (sales@mermagica.com) to your contact list. Also, most email programs provide an option to remove email addresses from your spam list. For example, in Google's GMail, all you have to do is search for Mermagica in the Spam folder, then click our email and press the "Not Spam" button. Doing this will allow future emails we send to route to your inbox as you would expect.

  15. How can I determine what my order will cost in my currency?
    Visit Oanda and input your amount in USD then select your currency and press "Convert Now". The tool will convert the amount automatically for you.
